SUMMA DOC: The NEOLAiA Summer Academy of Entrepreneurship combines online preparation and a one-week international mobility experience to guide doctoral candidates through a challenge-based innovation process. Working in multicultural teams, participants address real challenges in heritage, tourism and territorial innovation proposed by regional stakeholders. Through mentoring, teamwork and entrepreneurial tools, they co-create sustainable solutions while developing transferable, innovation and entrepreneurship skills that strengthen the connection between research and regional development.
